If you email us
Our contact page offers an email address rather than a form. If you email info@fgenergy.co.uk we process your message and your contact details in order to reply and to manage any resulting enquiry or engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Our email is provided by Microsoft, which may process it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it.
Who we share it with
